Committed to Continued Growth in Baton Rouge
Michael Huye Joins Local Chamber’s Board of Directors

At Wilson Warehouse, we’ve been proudly serving West Baton Rouge for generations. Our founder, Ernest Wilson, played a pivotal role in establishing the Port of Baton Rouge and now we take the next step in our commitment to the region’s economic prosperity. We’re honored to announce Michael Huye, Business Development Manager, has been chosen to serve as a Board Member of the West Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce serving on the Economic Development, Governmental Affairs, and Communication Committees.

“The West Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce has been a driving force for growth in Baton Rouge and I’m honored to serve on the board,” says Michael. “As a member, I will bring innovative and efficient solutions to businesses looking to establish themselves in our parish.” The Chamber’s unwavering support for the supply chain industry is invaluable. A strong supply chain is the backbone of a thriving economy, and the West Baton Rouge Chamber’s dedication to its development is commendable.

Furthermore, the Chamber serves as a powerful advocate for the entire Baton Rouge community, fostering collaboration and growth across the region. “We are no longer divided by the Mississippi River; our economic success hinges on collective efforts,” acknowledges Michael. “Just as the West Baton Rouge Chamber has been there for Wilson Warehouse, we are committed to giving back and playing our part in shaping a brighter future for the parish and our greater community.”

Together, we can ensure West Baton Rouge continues to flourish as a center of commerce and opportunity.
