Part of the third generation, Robert started working in the warehouse at 14, sweeping floors during the summer. Each summer he took on more responsibilities. Then, after graduating from college, Robert became the IT manager, where he put his engineering degree and can-do attitude to work designing their Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanning operations.
He continues to lead the company into the future, deepening their capabilities and expanding their customer base into new industries. As their tagline states, “Stewards of Goods and Community,” Robert also wants to steward the Wilson Warehouse and Sabine Transportation brands to success and industry leadership.

Taylor manages the IT and Administrative Services functions for Wilson Warehouse and Sabine Transportation. As a 4th generation warehousemen, he’s certainly handled his fair share of IT requests.

Noah Baldridge, 10+ Years
Marketing Manager
Warehousing is in Noah’s blood. He’s a 4th generation warehouseman, who started his career in the summers of high school. While his business card reads “Marketing Manager,” he wears many hats, including backup IT support and leadership of the company’s “lean initiative” to streamline their operations.

With over 20 years of experience in distribution, supervision, management and inventory control, LA brings a passion and vision for upholding our culture of safety through every facet of his role. As part of our third generation, he has over a decade of experience making all things Wilson Warehouse | Sabine Transportation ready for action.

Melanie Speaks, 29+ Years
Assistant Operations Manager – Support, ISO Facilitator
Melanie has worked her way through the Wilson Warehouse ranks. She started as a member of the accounting staff in 1993, excelled at that, then become a supervisor. For the past 13 years, she has held dual titles of Assistant Operations Manager – Support and ISO Facilitator. During the last seven External ISO Audits, she received only one minor finding with all other years having no findings.
Melanie knows her warehouse stuff. She’s been through numerous classes and conferences pertaining to ISO regulations and CIS software, as well as Alliance Safety Council training.
If you ask her what’s her one piece of advice, she’ll tell you, “If you put your mind to it, you can accomplish most anything.” And she epitomizes that attitude.
