Part of the third generation, Robert started working in the warehouse at 14, sweeping floors during the summer. Each summer he took on more responsibilities. Then, after graduating from college, Robert became the IT manager, where he put his engineering degree and can-do attitude to work designing their Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanning operations.
He continues to lead the company into the future, deepening their capabilities and expanding their customer base into new industries. As their tagline states, “Stewards of Goods and Community,” Robert also wants to steward the Wilson Warehouse and Sabine Transportation brands to success and industry leadership.

Noah Baldridge, 10+ Years
Warehousing is in Noah’s blood. He’s a 4th generation warehouseman, who started his career in the summers of high school. While his business card reads “Marketing Manager,” he wears many hats, including backup IT support and leadership of Wilson Warehouse’s “lean initiative” to streamline their operations.
